An excellent Japanese restaurant, where everything is good and fresh A real joy

The welcome is cheerful, the restaurant is clean and warm with pleasant background music and the decor is neat and cozy ...The daily menu is offered on slate, if you do not understand everything, the staff will explain everything in detail and guide you in your choices! The more if you are difficult, they adapt to your tastes to delight you.The quality of the products is top, it's fresh and crunchy, the plates are plentiful but the dessert is great.The rating is a bit high but it is completely justified.

A very nice little restaurant.Quiet, very well decorated, home and service very well too.The food is good, the soup was just a little too salty for my taste. Rates are adapted to what you eat.

One of the best Japanese restaurant in Fontainebleau, a bit pricey but delicious.

At the top for the plates it was very pretty and very good pity that the waitress lacked a smile and professionalism really limited

The food, and service, was truly incredible! The sushi perfectly combined the French and Japanese cuisines, and it resulted in a fantastic and unique dinner!

First visit, friendly welcome.Are served quickly.Sufficient choice for an izakaya.We are not really in Japan but the dishes are plentiful well presented.

Cuisine of very good quality. Sushi very good and refined. 5 * / 5The atmosphere of the restaurant could be better. Very good music but the lighting is so weak that we do not even see the colors in our dish and we lose all the visual pleasure ... 3/5And you have to be patient to be served ... more than an hour of waiting !!! They offered us a small entrance to wait but only after 45 minutes of waiting ... But according to the server it was an isolated fact. They had a lot more customers than usual for a Tuesday night.Normally I would have put a 4/5.

Varied, fine and original dishes. More expensive than a classic Japanese restaurant but so much more exotic and good. Bravo!

It is so unexpected to find some great Japanese food in a small French city. Simple but perfectly cooked, prices are ok.The place is also very cozy. The service is good, and the young owner seems to carry a lot to make every customer satisfied. Perfect place for a lunch after visiting the castle of Fontainebleau located just across the street.

Having already gone to Japan I found in my plate products similar to those that can be eaten there. Very good food, the staff is very present but still manages to be forgotten. The wisky card is admirable but expensive I think (around 15 € for 4cl). The price of the card is reasonable for the quality of the food, allow 30 € / person with drinks for a full plate. It is rare to find a good Japanese in France.

A good place to eat japan merger. The bento maki sushi there's something for everyone. 3 Japanese beers have an appointment and a nice whiskey map. Mention sesame crème brûlée. A delight.

Best Japanese place in Fontainebleau!!

Nice environment with a good but limited selection of menu. For the price, compared to restaurants in town, its pretty good. Would recommend their sets - more value for money.

I have been to Masu many times while living in Fontainebleau and I can say it is the best Japanese restaurant in town (and one of the best restaurants of Fontainebleau overall). Amazing food with fresh ingredients, great service, and even the decor and the music are very nice. I highly recommend it!

Superb and pleasant experience, all unpretentious. Tempura, Udon, Sushi and Sashimi ... everything is delicious.

I had the opportunity to test the two restaurants Ma Su.For that of Fontainebleau I can say that the restaurant has a nice decoration, the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, I find the map lighter in terms of the proposals and the Udon Soup that I took was too salty for my taste. But after the flavors was still present at the price level we are in adequacy.
